Cross-compiler #7

I can help you to cross-compile your Linux distribution, I'm making a glibc and musl cross-compiler, it is support these architectures: x86_64, i686, armv7, aarch64(I will add mips and ppc support). Also it can help you to link your software with any supported libc. So, you need it?

@protonesso I would appreciate the help. If you see any way to incorporate it to the StarOS Branch as that's the next generation of StarLinux (However it is close to complete) that would be greatly appreciated.

@protonesso I'm going to start adding the packages in the next few days. Feel free to clean up where you can see Cross Compiler Support.
