Support a raw frequency mode #2

This is a feature in SMPS and may be used by songs that are to be ported from SMPS games. This would provide additional control over the tracker at the cost of using more space. The details will have to be thought out since DAC frequency can be negative as well...

Its not worth the hassle implementing this especially because its so rarely used. Instead, another tracker command can be extended to be used for this purpose.

That is, ssFreq can be extended for normal cases since it already exists for DAC sample mode
