[Bug] Even when under the effect of phasing, if you perform actions that would normally cause damage while in Creative mode, you still experience teleportation without taking any damage. #14

forge version : 47.2.20

If you get a phasing effect while in creative mode and engage in actions that cause damage, such as entering water or lava, you will be teleported.
