Configure output path of mapping file. #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mapping file is always put in "OutputPath"
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Allow to override default outputpath in settings file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP Obfuscar 1.1.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Personally I don't think this is a must-have feature. If you don't like the 
mapping file to be there, you can use a batch file (or a script) to move it to 
wherever you like.

As Obfuscar is a command line tool, you should use it already in a batch or 
script file. Therefore, moving the mapping file won't be hard.

I won't fix this either in my fork at https://github.com/lextm/obfuscar/

This has been resolved in RemObjects' fork. I have just merged the patch to my 
fork.
