Allow colon after issue ID in Toggl logs #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wish I could use this format for Toggl log entries:

ABCD-1234: Reticulate splines.

The colon means that it gets parsed as ['ABCD', '1234:'], though, and the issue is not found.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have just been omitting the colon.

I am not currently using/updating this anymore, so feel free to create a PR and fix this issue :)

I have fixed this in v1.1.0, however, this might not work for you since this release might not work with cloud. I have no access to a cloud instance anymore so if you want to try it out, then please do :)
