Remaining changes: on notification, change exchequer to Mistress Maymunah bint Da'ud al Siqilliyah and adjust email forwarder.

Per receipt of FWD email dated December 11, 2017, originally from Giacomo Falcone, Mistress Maymunah is confirmed Axemoor exchequer. Email forwarders have been adjusted.
