CocoaInput-NEI compat crashes! #7

CocoaInput-NEI compat doesn't have a issue tracker so I guess I'll post this here ;) The crash occurs when you enable and click on the NEI search box with CocoaInput-NEI installed. Crash log here using Minecraft 1.12
