Tour page shows incorrect attraction rating. #171

Description

After importing the Chicago tour, all the attraction became unrated[*]. After going to the attraction editing page and entering a rating, the tour page shows an incorrect rating.

[*] Not sure if this is intended?

Severity

High.

Suggestion

Unsure what is causing this problem. Perhaps something to do with the way tours are imported?

So we are actually getting rid of allowing users to rate attractions since we can pull the rating in from google. Assume that the "rate attraction" button doesn't exist. Thanks
