Miscellaneous Interface and Function Clean-up #18

@0xJem I had made some updates to various functions, especially in the AuctionHouse and Auctioneer, but also minor ones in other places at the same time as some module changes. I've merged the latest master in here. Please have a look. Ideally, I would like to merge these in to master prior to the Auction Management one since they affect it a bit.

It has a bit to do with #5

I made a few trivial changes to fix duplicated code and address the Slither recommendations
