Closes #51

Changes:

Adds EMPA and Linear Vesting integration test
Adds the vesting start back to the Linear Vesting derivative tokens
Removes redemption of redeemable underlying tokens when minting new derivative tokens (it didn't seem compatible with the vesting start)
