Live Cam heavily delayed after Locomote update from 0.7.0 to 1.1.9 #190

Hello! Our live cams are delayed (buffered?) 7 seconds in 1.1.9 using the same settings we had in 0.7.0. The sound is NOT delayed.
Any ideas?
