Possibly a bug #2

So after adding water into my inventory I noticed it decays as soon as the item is added.

So if I add 3 water bottles each one decays as its added into the inventory Then if I move one water bottle all 3 water bottles will decay just from moving them around the inventory.

They also decay at the same time if I use only one of them as well. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but figured I would report it.

This issue happens when the item is initially added to the quick bar. But if you also move it anywhere on quick bar or inventory it just continues to decay.
