File Compare - Crashes on close #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go To: Tools > Compare
2. Select two files and press Compare
3. Press the Close Icon (top right)

What is the expected output?

The compare window should close as it does if you click the close button in  
the top menu.

What do you see instead?

Two error messages are displayed:

1) "Access violation at address 0046F5FE in module 'ConTEXT.exe'. Read of 
address 000001B4"

2) "Access violation at address 7C91B21A in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of 
address 546E6F53"
