Add menu section 'Jobs' with 'at' and 'crontab' subsections #3

Implement a 'Jobs' menu section with 'at' and 'crontab' subsections. These sections should open windows displaying current jobs in a grid format. Users should be able to delete scheduled jobs individually or in bulk by selecting checkboxes.

Add the process name to the item that shows in the list in the cron window put more info in the item for each crontab or at job
