menu bar doesnt invert

i started the app and everything works fine
even the screen inversion
but the menu bar doesnt get inverted alone, why is that ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
every function works except the menu bar alone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 on OS X 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.
- when i turn night the "invert menu bar" selection i like off cant be checked..

This puzzled me too.  I presume the author thought nobody would want an 
inverted screen with an uninverted menubar.  However this is still achievable 
by inverting the menubar in Nocturne Day mode while inverting the whole screen 
in System Preferences > Universal Access.
