Add cache using Ehcache 3 #2420

Axon Framework currently uses EhCache version 2, under group ID net.sf.ehcache. We should tag along with EhCache's move to version 3, under group ID org.ehcache.

We do not envision having sufficient time to work on this before our intended release of 4.7.0. Hence, moving this issue to 4.8.0.
