This PR contains changes for interceptors on CommandBus only. After https://github.com/AxonFramework/AxonFramework/issues/657 and https://github.com/AxonFramework/AxonFramework/issues/656 are resolved, we'll add a documentation for interceptors for event messages and query messages. Hence, I would recommend merging this PR but leaving #30 open.
