Windowed Element are still in IE6. #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.div block could not overlap to Select Box (HTML drop downlist box)
2. I have tested select box in IE7 and IE6. In IE7 selectbox works fine but
in IE6 select box overlap div box even I increase z-index of div box . I
think it is still not implemented in  windowless element.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With the higher z-index of div element , it should overlap 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using IE6 Browser and MS Windows Operating system

Please provide any additional information below.

This is not a bug that IE7.js fixes. Please try other solutions.
