Use of Script causes some content to completely disappear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a page with a single PNG and several absolutely/statically
positioned elements
2. Add the script at
"http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/version/2.0(beta3)/IE7.js" (local or
relative)
3.View the page in IE6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see a semi-opaque PNG appear properly in the left column -
instead - i see a lag (page before IE8 fixes), and then half of the page
content mysteriously disappears. Coincidentially, it's mostly the
absolutely positioned items that are hidden. The space they occupied is
still there.

There is also an error produced that reads: Line 3, Char 7495, Error: ';'
expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2, beta 3 / Windows XP / IE 6 (in a VM)
