What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. append http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/version/2.0(beta3)/IE7.js to
your HTML document

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no border setting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0(beta3)

Please provide any additional information below.
seen on http://www.familienhotels.de/ in elements with class
"content-header-######"
