Incorrect URL parsing in version 2.1(beta2) [regression] #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.flashjunior.ch/school/test/ietest/ with IE8
2. scroll down to "Transparent PNG tests"
3. you will not see 2 of them correctly("background position -50px -50px" 
and "ontop of an other"

i use IE9.js 2.1 beta2

if i turn ie7-js off, it works fine. (you can do it on top of the page)

It seems that I've introduced a bug related to parsing paths. It's not 
particularly a 
PNG problem.

This is actually caused by a new bug in MSIE8. MSIE8 is reporting an incorrect 
href for 
imported style sheets. Grrr!

If you check your page in compatibility mode the it will work. I'll look into a 
fix 
from the IE7.js side though.

oh my gooooood. unbelievable. somebody should write a virus -> deinstalling IE, 
installing Firefox with IE theme. hahaha

PS: when do you move the project to github?

branches/commits before 
you push.
