Added error handling for low power USB-PD sources. Maybe we should even disable heating for <15W. Tested with a 20W source and the heating is really slow. The temperature controller also seems to really struggle with reaching and holding the temperature.
Did some tests with *1.0 the output power for various USB-PD sources and this seemed to work quite well.

Yes. I think that is a good idea to disable heating if we can detect that the source has too low power capability. It does not make sense to run with a really low-power source.
