[Feature] Add "Early Completion reward" in task #120

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes reward for early completion is needed not only penalty

Describe the solution you'd like Please add "Early Completion" with the same system as penalty beside "Penalty" menu

Subtasks in LifeUp are not mandatory as they are great for designing additional challenges.

For this scenario, we recommend using Subtasks as an alternative, and this will allow you to set rewards more freely.

We currently have no plans to add additional "Early Completion reward" options.
