Make HighContrast vs. HighContrastInverse configurable #29

Whether to use the HighContrast theming or the HighContrastInverse theming should be configurable via gsettings and ideally with config option exposure to the user (e.g. ayatana-settings).

Also the background color (when in HighContrast(Inverse) mode) should adjust to this light/dark toggle switch.
