similar to gd_cpt_meta, gd_post_meta, gd_location_meta and gd category description

options for

[ ] cat title or tag title
[ ] link
[ ] description
[ ] icon
[ ] color

maybe it should be gd_taxonomy_meta so it can also work with tags too?

[ ] link
[ ] description

in addition to this it would be nice to have another way to output the dynamic category links that also include location for placement in the details and the archive item.
