Create a tool to regenerate our thumbnails #1615

I think a simple tool that ajax regenerates images using this function https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/blob/master/includes/class-geodir-media.php#L340 and then updating the meta in the DB would be enough?

It would also be nice if we can show a message if the plugin "regenerate thumbnails" is active, on their tool page, something like "GeoDirectory's images are not supported by this tool, please use our tool here to regenerate them"
