Optional advanced setting for 'pause/unpause' in GD Author Actions #1787

Problem - users cannot take their event/listing offline when they need to and must contact an admin.

Solution - Add advanced options to GD Author Actions for "Show options for Pause and Unpause"

Pausing a listing would remove all displays of the listing.

could also be a status 'paused' that would follow the same rules as 'sold' in https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/issues/999
