Another request for this. This is the way trip advisor works, or at least appears to work from the frontend.

Visitor says 'report a change' then submits a form with updates for any fields they think should be corrected, and submit

One assumes the listing owner can then review the submitted data and merge it somehow.

Pages on FB have something similar now, too
