Name on the card field required #544

Name on the card field is required in Credit Card/ Debit Card section. May be entry is optional.

It is not specific to payment gateways. You can see mandatory default Card Number, Expiry, and CSV fields in checkout page. Here one more optional field Name On The Card or Card Holder's Name should show.
