show help/tip for discount field #714

users can add discounts then spend hours looking for why the discount field doesn't show on the form. can we add a helpful notification to point to instructions for enabling the field if they add a discount? https://secure.helpscout.net/conversation/1956851459/34209?folderId=3803506

A discount field is added by default, the user might have deleted it.
