Write ARM STM32F103 PWM driver supports:

• initiation function : errorType (void)
• change configuration : errorType (parameterID, newValue)
• change duty cycle : errorType (newDutyCycle)
• change frequency : errorType (newFreq)
• enable : errorType (void)
• disable : errorType (void)

Sounds good but from now to then we have to study the PWM datasheet of our target.
