Xpath of the element CPACS:
"/cpacs/vehicles/aircraft/model/wings/wing/componentSegments..."

Type in CPACS:
"componentSegmentType"

What version of CPACS are you using?
"CPACS 2.0"

We will discuss the translation, and rotation of componentSegments. In this way 
it might be possible to for example rotate the complete htp. Will be an issue 
in further discussions...

Component Segment deflection is defined by one hingePoint and an axis defined 
starting from that hingePoint. Default direction for the axis is perpendicular 
to x-z plane. 

Rotation is by euler angles. 

Deflection of the component segment is done in similar steps as with 
controlSurfaces. 

If a componentSegment is deflected the underlying controlSurfaces are also 
deflected. A deflection of a componentSegment does not lead to the deflection 
of any other componentSegment
