Split LE, TE and Spoiler #362

Establish seperate Types for Leading Edge, Trailing Edge and Spoiler Types. 
Currently these are mixed and the effect is only based on the documentation. 

Make the differences explicit

• <description> optional
• <xsiLE> nur bei Spoilern und TE-Devices
• <xsiTE> (nur bei LE-Devices + Spoilers
o   bei TE-Devices: Choice zw. <xsiTE> und <xsiTEUpper> + <xsiTELower>, aber 
alles Pflicht
o   bei Spoilers: Nur <xsiTE>
• <path>: <steps> verpflichtend, mit mindestens 2 <step> drin
• <innerHingeTranslation> optional (ist schon) mit „0“ als default
o   <x>,<y>,<z> optional (ist schon) mit „0“ als default
• <outerHingeTranslation> optional mit dem Wert von <innerHingeTranslation> 
als default
• <hingeLineRotation> sollte m.E. verbindlich sein (auch wenn 0), damit bei 
jeder <relDeflection > zumindest ein Ausschlagswert immer da ist.
