New Guidecurves #379

The steadiness information C1, C2, C3 will become obsolete in CPACS 2.2.1 as we 
are introducing guidelines to the geometry definition. Therefore, it will be 
deleted here, before anyone starts to develop around this feature.

Deleted the above mentioned Steadiness information from the release candidate 
for CPACS 2.2

This issue remains open and needs to be updated/merged as soon as the guideline 
definition becomes available.

Testing version implemented in CPACS 2.2.1. Need to wait for approval for CPACS 
2.3.
