Added typescript
Improved RSS crawling settings with notifyAboutNews config that enables notifications about any RSS messages posted withing 2 days
Crawler now always pushes a discord notification with a summary to ensure the job runs
Added timeout (5 seconds) so the job does not freeze on fetch
