Added initial crawler script #78

  1. Added a new script project with a crawler script
  2. The new script gets the list of games and reads it data from markdown
  3. The script then pushes a Discord notification
  4. It is an initial script that will handle basic crawling in near future.
  5. Added crawler settings to each game in the CMS
