Games should not be moved to the end of the list shortly after launch #79

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a season launches the game is pushed to the end of the list. We should allow a grace period, preferably configured per game in the CMS, for example a week, until the game is moved. This will ensure that players now that a new season has started recently.

Additional context Just after LE's Cycle II has started, the game widget was moved to the end. image

Partially implemented in #80, but the code is 💩. Refactoring of the chaotic index page is necessary sooooon.
