Diablo III for example starts seasons 17:00 PST/CET/KST which are three different UTC dates.

Games should have an option to pick multiple start dates and pick the right one (or closes one), based on user's browser timezone settings.

As a workaround we can use startTimeNotice, but the timer is confusing.
