Offhand pistol got unequipped and unsocketed after relog #30

Logged off in Katalam, logged back in with my offhand unequipped and unsocketed (enchantment didnt change)

When an offhand item is equipped and the player logs out, the offhand item will be placed in the player's inventory upon login and the server does not load its manastones.

If the player logs out and logs in with their offhand in their inventory its manastones load properly.

Unknown outcome if player attempts to resocket manastones while it didn't load already placed manastones, presumably just failed to overwrite SQLDB.

Build 263 includes a fix to offhand weapon detection while players are logging in.
