Objectives

Don't add attached images to version control
Keep the same file extension the original image had

Notes

:warning: Execute bin/rake people:migrate_portraits in order to use existing portraits
After executing the previous task, it's safe to remove the images under /app/assets/images/people/, which are currently in the repository
