I saw this project dont have a PR template so I would like to add this it as a part of GSSOC'21. Kindly assign it to me.

Hi Kanak, can we discuss stuff like what is to be added in the readme and pull request in the discord server. We need to update the readme file and pull request template as soon as possible.
