[README] adding folder links above screenshots in readme file #784

While looking into repository and seeing screenshots I have to scroll up down too many times to see the folder which contains the app shown in screenshot.

To overcome this problem we can add the link of that folder above the screenshot so that user can easily redirect to that folder.

@Ayush7614 kindly assign this issue to me under preparation for GSoC 2023
