auto switch mode issue #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.setup a profile "ppp" and set to auto switch mode
now ie option LAN setting will have a proxy pac like SwitchyAuto.pac?XXXXXX
2. a few hours later, a new profile named "<current profile>" is in the profile 
list & it's selected, & it doesn't work.
3.

What is the expected output?
the <current profile> should not be set up & selected

What do you see instead?
the <current profile> is set up & selected

Operating system:
Windows 

Error Log:
copy it from "chrome-
extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Please fix this problem. I have 1.6.3, the latest I believe, but it does the 
same thing.
