This charm is a defensive spell which will conjure a spirit-like incarnation of their positive emotions to defend against dark creatures; it can also send messages to other witches or wizards. It seems one's Patronus will take the form of something important to the caster, and can change when one has undergone a period of heightened emotion.

For issue 1, it doesn't need to attack just scare away mobs like an ocelot with a creeper

maybe it could work on kinda-spirit-like minecraft mobs, like phantoms, ghasts, vex, etc? and like altcal said, doesnt need to attack, just send them far far away from the player

and could be like animagus, that each player has their own type :)
