Possible rework on Wingardium Leviosa? #487

just and idea, but in the movies, books and games wingardium leviosa only works on items, and I believe only on small ones.

Maybe instead of levitating blocks, it levitates dropped and/or small items;

For example, a chest dropped (not put) on the floor, you could levitate that; or, if dropped items is smth hard to mess with, maybe only small objects, like flower pots, candles, etc
