Broom issues #509

A few problems:

  1. The old recipe was still working
  2. The BROOMSTICK item is always already enchanted so Volatus was not needed - need 2 items, a basic broom and a real one
  3. The lore check for handling legacy brooms would pass anytime an item had the name "broomstick"
  4. Volatus listeners were not checking for broom pick up and drop so if you got one then drop it, you would keep flying permanently
