Essentia mirrors seem to have a very short range #1574

I'm trying to make an essentia jar storage room linked to my smeltery, infusion alter, and alchemical automation through essentia mirrors, but the mirrors seem to have a very short range to the jars. I've made as small a room as I can with two jars for each essentia (jars on the walls of a 7x7 room), but the mirrors only seem to fill jars in line with the mirrors. The mirror is on the center of the roof a block above the highest jar.

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but I was unable to find a better place and couldn't find any information online about it.

For clarity, I've checked and the filling transfuser is, counting both mirrors as a block each, still only 10 blocks away from the farthest jar.
