Crash looking at recipe for Vis Resonator #1598

I get a crash using the Thaumonomican working on "Discovering Auromancy". I click on the recipe for "vis resonator" (tab on the right). In the upper left of the recipe I see an "Iron Plate" from IC2. When I hover the mouse over it I get a crash - may take a bit. Not sure if this is caused by IC2 or Thaumcraft but thought I would start here.

I removed optifine and it didn't fix the issue.

just thinking: deactivate "notEnoughIDs"? maybe this is the root of the problem or "unidict". could it be that these four mods conflict?

I removed NotEnoughIDs and Unidict. I also had to remove Pams harvestcraft and decocraft and extrautils2 to get under the ID limit. It doesn't crash now.
