Invisible items in crafting tables #1609

When I am using one of Thaumcraft's crafting stations, the items in the station will randomly disappear. It could take one second, or 30 seconds, but they eventually disappear. The items are still there, because if I click on where the item is supposed to be, I can pick up the item. When I pick up an invisible item, all of the other items that are invisible reappear. This issue is ONLY with Thaumcraft stations, no other container or crafting grid will replicate this issue.

When items are invisible, I can't craft items at the crafting table, even if the items ARE there, but invisible. I also can't enchant foci at the Focal Manipulator or click on any of the sheets of paper at the Theory table. The foci crafting bug is especially annoying, as when I take the item out of the focal manipulator to make the enchanting interface reappear, it resets the enchantment. For more advanced enchantments, this means that it is virtually impossible to complete the sequence fast enough.

There was another bug report on the same issue in early 2018, but it was closed even though the issue is not fixed. I am using Thaumcraft 1.12.2-6.1.BETA26. I am using the Enigmatica 2 Normal Pack. The modlist and download can be found here: https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/enigmatica2

Same exact issue here although with almost completely different mods, mildly annoying but works at least. Also effects the research station and If I recall the focal manipulator. Honestly wouldn't be too surprised if it's tinkers construct, but rather not test that right now.

Got a feeling with the foci manipulator it's actually not a client GUI error but it glitching somehow as it resets the pattern setup so far all the way back when it happens- which honestly is a bit of an annoying issue when trying to make a spell. Infact if you complete the spell after it does this the foci is created with no abilities to it.

Thaumcraft Crafting Station and Research Table. In Research table, Scribing tools and papers disappear then shows me "You have run out of ink!", "You have run out of paper!". it happens every time when I use those two tools.

When I tried these things on Creative mode, It works properly.

This issue is indeed caused by Tinker's Construct.

I had at first thought this problem was occuring only in Thaumcraft, until I upgraded my regular chests into Iron Chests from the Iron Chest mod. Suddenly, those inventories were going invisible as well. Since I had no luck when trying to google this problem with Thaumcraft as a keyword, I tried Iron Chest instead.

Someone else had already deduced it was Tinker's Construct causing the issue, and that it only occurs when you have a Tinker's multiblock structure in the same chunk as the modded inventory/workbench you are trying to access.

I reactivated my old GitHub account just so I could post this, so other's could find the solution faster as well. Good luck to you all in reorganizing your bases to accommodate this problem, and have fun!

I also have the problem if Tinker Multiblock are in the same chunk
