Vis Pylon By arranging an arcane pedestal on top of an arcane stone block, and topping it with a block of amber in a 3 high tower, you form them into a pylon that can be used by various machines to draw vis from surrounding chunks (they function in a similar way to the smaller version that attaches to the top of the arcane workbench and focal manipulator). Machines such as the infernal furnace and arcane levitator can draw from these pylons in addition to the aura of the chunk they are placed in, providing they have a Vis Relay attached to them.

Vis Relay Vis relays are necessary for blocks to draw vis from vis pylons, and from the aura.

Vis Relays: 1x Auram Crystal + 1x Thaumium Vis Pylons: 3x Vis Relays + 1x Alchemical Brass + 3x Silverwood, in a comparator style recipe.
